The Sagasta apartment is located a short walk away from the central street of Fuencarral in downtown Madrid, known for being busy and full of pedestrian tourism as well as for having fantastic shopping. On this same street one can find the “Fuencarral Market”, famous for its exotic shops.

Down the street of Sagasta you can reach the famous Plaza de Colón in Madrid, where you can find the Wax Museum, The National Library and the enjoyable Paseo de Recoletos, an ideal place for walking especially in the summer afternoons, where its peculiar terraces invite you dine outdoors.

Starting the trip from Bilbao to Gran Via, walking through Fuencarral, you can appreciate the most commercial area of the neighbourhood. From there you continue with a pleasant walk to the Puerta del Sol.

This modern spacious 175m2 apartment has been meticulously decorated to suit the preferences of the most demanding customers.

Its spacious lounge, with wooden flooring, has large windows that provide your stay an incomparable sense of warmth. The comfortable chairs offer the relaxation needed after a tiring day visiting the city. At the other end of the room there is a beautiful rustic table with four chairs carefully chosen in the same style, perfect for enjoying a beautiful dinner.
For those who love cooking, we offer a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable and with perfect finishes. Featuring a minimalist design, this is an ideal place to prepare the best dishes with ease. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, as well as other small appliances necessary to ensure a pleasant stay.

Its bright, spacious bed rooms invite us to a deep sleep. Its three rooms have been decorated following a rustic theme and incorporating modern touches that prevail in other rooms of the house. The main bedroom is equipped with a double bed, night table and a spacious cupboard. In the second bedroom you will find two single beds and in the third bedroom one single bed with a very comfortable supplementary bed.

The two comfortable designer bathrooms are also equipped with all the amenities possible. In one of the bathrooms there is a spacious bath tub to enjoy an agreeable bath, while in the second one, you will find a spacious and comfortable shower. The two bathrooms are fully equipped and decorated in a very agreeable style.
