This fabulous apartment is the ideal option for those coming to Madrid on a business trip since its location is very close to the city´s financial area, Orense St. and surrounding areas, well know for hosting offices for the most prestigious companies.
This cozy apartment is very well connected to the rest of the city.
The Apartment:
An excellent combination of style and comfort is the main characteristic of this very well equipped and furnished apartment which can host 4 people. The building where the apartment is placed is safe; it has 2 concierges and 3 lifts. The apartment is on the third floor, it is interior but really bright because it has big windows and a small balcony with views to a massive patio, probably not great views of the city but very calm and quiet. Without a doubt it will meet your expectations. The apartment has 1 bedroom, a living room and one bathroom. The kitchen is open plan, spacious and comfortable; it has dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and vitroceramic. Next to the kitchen there is a nice and practical wooden dining table with 4 chairs and a very stylish glass and wood chest of drawers containing all the kitchen utensils. Next to the window there is a large and comfortable double sofa bed, also a low table, a flat screen T.V. and a DVD. Two side tables and nice lamps create a warm ambiance.
The bedroom also has large windows, a double bed with two side tables and lamps. A large built in wardrobe opens to the bathroom. Newly refurbished with quality furniture, it also has a big shower, wc and a sink.
The apartment is a great choice.

Nuevos Ministerios
The zone of Nuevo Ministerios encompasses Paseo de la Castellana, José Abascal Street y Alberto Alcocer Street. Also contained in this zone are important avenues such as the General Perón or Raimundo Fernández Villaverde and well known places of reference like the Azca Complex, the Stadium Santiago Bernabeu, the old conference center of Madrid, the Museum of Natural Sciences and the Plaza of Cuatro Caminos. In parts it is a residential area and in others a financial zone. Inside this zone is the complex of Azca, that was designed in the years 50, with the intention to create a small modern financial world for the epoch. It is located among Walk of the Spaniard, Street Orense, General Street Perón and Street Raimundo Fernández Villaverde. Located in the centre of Nuevo Miniesterios are some symbolic skyscrapers of Madrid: the Tower Picasso and the Tower Europe. In the zone there are bars and clubs oriented towards executives, but in general there is no popular nightlife. Colon is a zone of great financial activity, and is the choice location for the offices of multinational corporations and the most important financial institions both Spanish and Foreign. Here you will find the Madrid office of the European Union and also numerous embassies. Also in the zone there are hotels, retail stores and large shopping malls. Although it is not traditionally a tourist zone it is ideally connected by public transport, the primary choice of transport being the Metro that shares the same name Nuevo Minesterios. Beside being a station that intersects 2 major and important train lines from which you can access any area of the city within minutes. The Nuevo Minesterios line also provides you quick and efficient access to the Madrid Airport. Nuevo Minesterios also offers great access to Madrid by various buslines.
