The Latina I apartment is just a few metres from Plaza Mayor, a major symbolic site of Madrid that every visitor must see. This part of the city is one of the most beautiful and charming in Madrid. It is a central location surrounded by many famous monuments and lots of bars and restaurants with traditional Spanish cuisine. With an authentic atmosphere at any time of day, guests will enjoy themselves immensely.

Its close proximity to the famous ´Flea Market` an outdoor market well known throughout Spain, and also to famous streets such as - ´Cava Alta and Cava Baja`- where a large proportion of Madrid´s most authentic and high quality bars and restaurants come together, make it a perfect location for both its sites and exquisite cuisine.

It is also surrounded by a long list of museums, cinemas, theatres, and monuments where you can experience the rich and varied culture of Madrid. Not a day is passed without a large variety of concerts, plays, recitals and exhibitions.

The Apartment:

The Apartment has the capacity to accommodate up to 10 people spread across 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Although the apartment is advertised as a fourth floor, in reality it has a stair height of only two floors making it far more easily accessible. The decoration and furnishings of the apartment have been done with class and style, making your stay at the Latina I apartment more than enjoyable.

The first bedroom has a small window connected to the interior of the building, a 1.5m double bed and two gorgeous reflector lamps with black bedside tables. The second bedroom has a 1.35m double bed with exterior window and the two other bedrooms have single 90cm beds one of which has a balcony where you can see Plaza Mayor and another with just a small window.

The Apartment has a lot of natural light throughout the day, although the photos show artificial light as they were taken at night time. The kitchen is very well equipped, with a modern design and perfect to make dinner or to entertain. In the kitchen you will find a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There are also two complete bathrooms in the apartment, one with shower and one with a bathtub, both impeccably styled and newly renovated with polished grey tiles.

The spacious lounge room, like the rest of the apartment, has been decorated tastefully and is equipped with two comfortable sofas, one of which pulls out to become a double sofa bed. There is also a separate dining room, with a long glass dining table for lunches and wonderful dinners.
