This fantastic apartment is located in the same area as the actual Palacio Real; this area has been completely pedestrianised, making it a prime location for any visitor to Madrid. Closed off to trafic two years ago, this area is a perfect spot to stroll around, soak in the sights and enjoy a caña or aperitif .....

This fantastic apartment is next to Palacio Real gardens which is a pedestrianised area, far from the noisy traffic. This area is a great location, not only does the visitor enjoy the Palacio, they also look onto Plaza de Oriente, where the visitor to Madrid can enjoy the fantastic french style gardens which are surrounded by magnificent historical buildings such as the Teatro Real where the Opera takes place...

Apart from being a sought after area in Madrid, it is also extremely central and at about a 5 minute walk the guest can make their way to La Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor, Santa Ana or Gran Via... Gran Via will take the guest to some great museums such as the Prado and Thyssen Bornemitza...

Without doubt this apartment is in one of the best locations in Madrid; the apartment is surrounded by green areas and "Los Jardines del Campo del Moro" which used to be the Royal Family's private gardens but are now open to the general public...

The apartment

This beautifully reformed Spanish building is an original architectural monument. Guests will be in awe at not only the elegant exterior, but also the minimalist and modern interior.
On entering the building there is an antique elevator with a seat and large enough to fit all luggage. The layout of the apartment has lounge/dining room on entrance, also incorporating an open plan, fully equipped kitchen and 6 seater dining setting, for guests to socialize and entertain during their stay. A double sofa bed, 2 white leather arm chairs, TV, DVD and other furnishings enhance the space.
The spacious, main bedroom has a king size bed, side tables and tasteful artworks mounted on the walls. A second bedroom with double sofa bed will accommodate guests here as a group. Closets line the corridor to store all clothing or luggage and also contain ironing board and iron.
Two newly renovated bathrooms, one with shower, the other with bath have been tiled and designed to allow maximum space for guests to be comfortable whether staying as a couple or a group.
