Located in the north -east side of Madrid. A popular neighborhood, surrounded by shops and all kind of services for a comfortable stay. Between Plaza de Castilla, the financial heart of the city and Cuatro Caminos. Very well connected to the rest of the city. The closest metro station is Tetuan (line 1), direct line to the historical centre: Gran Via or Puerta del Sol, only 20 minutes away. The area is very suitable for those visitors who come to town for business and have to go to the IFEMA (Madrid’s fairground) or the north side of Madrid where many enterprises have their headquarters, away from the noise of the downtown.

The apartment:

The Whitman apartment is a modern studio, whit the style of a loft, in which the industrial space has been turned into a house. This avant-garde concept combines quality decoration and all kind of furniture. It has a wonderful distribution allowing to combine many activities within the apartment. It has a direct entrance from the street with access to a very nice corridor with plants to the left and a panel that hides the kitchen and reflects the light coming from the roof. The modern and well equipped kitchen has a beautiful wooden cupboard containing all the elements you need for cooking. From the corridor you can have access to the to the dining and living room, where you can find, to the right a wooden oriental style table and great category with red velvet chairs that undoubtedly offer good taste and warmness. Right next, it is the living room, with a comfortable sofa and a big TV, perfect for relaxation. It is important to remark it has two complete bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other one with a shower, recently reformed, in marble and good materials. At the end there have been created two levels by using steel beams, in the first one there are two individual beds one of them hidden under the other that just have to be pull out, in the second level, upstairs (with a handrail, for security) behind a beautiful painting, you will find the double bed big and very comfortable .In the apartment there is also a desk , perfect to place the laptop while using internet. For sure, the visitor will feel very comfortable in this apartment.
