The area surrounding the apartment:

Pinar de Chamartin is a very peaceful area of Madrid. Located in the northern part of the city, it is the kind of place where people can live a quiet life, away from the noise of downtown. Wherever you look, you will find green areas, facilities to practice sports, such us tennis, and luxurious buildings. Given the characteristics of the area, some businesses have decided to have their headquarters there, making it a very appealing place for those who come to town on business.

The apartment:

Just by entering the building where the apartment is located, you know you will spend some incredible days, as it has a gymnasium, beautiful green areas and a swimming pool, a luxury for a summer stay in Madrid. For those who come with kids, it’s important to emphasize that there is also a playground. Another remarkable feature of this great building is the sauna, excellent for relaxation.

As it is an exterior apartment, it offers a wonderful view and plenty of light. The dining room, great for pleasant meals, with family or friends, has a glass table and space for 6 people. The living room is fantastic, with classic black sofas contrasting with the magnificent daylight that comes through the windows. In this part of the apartment, you can find a TV and a DVD, ideal to spend a quiet afternoon enjoying a movie.

The three bedrooms have the same modern style as the rest of the house. The first one, with a double bed has a very youthful look, with a beautiful New York picture. The second bedroom is sober, with a nice combination of dark tones. The master bedroom, with a double bed, is really nice, with lots of natural light entering through the large window.

The kitchen is an adorable area, in a very homey style, with a table and two high chairs facing the window, great to have your morning coffee while enjoying a good view. Thanks to the comfort, beautiful decoration, the facilities of the building where it is located and the tranquility of the surroundings, the Cortázar apartment is definitely an excellent choice.
