The area surrounding the apartment:

Located on a famous street in Madrid, in a building of superior quality, belonging to the Chamberí quarter, between Genova and Fuencarral. Within short walking distance of “Plaza Alonso Martinez” or the “Glorieta Bilbao”, it’s in a very central but quiet part of town surrounded by all the services one would need: food shops, supermarkets, clothes and fashion shops, restaurants, bars, cinemas and all the promise of quality one might imagine.
It’s communication with the rest of the city by public transport is unbeatable, and most tourist sites in Madrid can be reached by foot from it.

The apartment:

The apartment is 150m2 of living space with 2 terazas of roughly 10m2 each. Rimbaud is a large apartment made from fine materials, predominantly wood which combined with the vegetation from the terazzas makes this flat very welcoming and desirable. Upon entering the flat, you find yourself facing a large living room split into two different parts with different atmospheres. The first part is surrounded by large windows and the two terazzas, the second composed of comfortable furniture. From the living room runs a wide corridor from which you can access the other rooms. The first room has 2 comfortable single beds, a work table and a window with a view over an internal patio. The second has a single sofa bed, another office area and large wardrobe units.
