In the seventh floor of a nice building with elevator, you have 105 m2 (plus a 35 m2 terrace) to have a great time with your family or friends. In every room of the house the colors and furniture have been chosen to create a homey appearance without losing style. There are three rooms: the first one is decorated in red, with a double bed. The second is painted in lavender, which makes a great contrast with the black furniture, this room also has a double bed. The third one is very simple but not less comfortable, with a single bed. As the apartment has capacity for 5 people,it has two bathrooms, with shower and bathtub. The living room is great, with good decoration and plenty of light, since it has a large window that gives access to the terrace , definitely one of the most remarkable features of this apartment. Amazing in spring and summer but also appealing for those who don’t mind getting a bit cold as long as they have a cup of coffee or chocolate and a nice view and of course, great company.
