In terms of location, this apartment offers two big advantages: is located in Salamanca and close to the Business School. The Salamanca neighborhood is known for been the best residential area of Madrid. It’s well connected to the centre,by metro and bus, but it offers a much quieter and peaceful atmosphere, although that doesn’t mean you will get bored there, bit at all! In fact, it’s a great place to be if you want to enjoy a nice walk, while shopping around in the most exclusive boutiques, have a drink in a nice bar or meal in a good restaurant.

As you enter, you feel really comfortable because of its warm atmosphere and home-like appearance.This interior apartment is decorated with strong colors that give it a really lively look.
