The location of this apartment is a real privilege. In the same street as the Teatro Español, close to Plaza Santa Ana, a lovely square full of bars and restaurants, Puerta del Sol, the exact center of the city. You wil allways have something to do!
Since the apartment enjoys of such a great location, you can easily get to important touristic places in Madrid, such as Plaza Mayor. By public transportation, you can go to the most important museums: Prado, Reina Sofía, and Thyssen Bornemisza. Of course, no visit to Madrid is complete unless you go to the beautiful Retiro Park.

It has 45 m2 and two levels, in the first one you find the kitchen, well equipped; the dinning room with a very particular orange table set; and the living room, with a sofa bed. The double bed is located in the second level, and you have access to it by ladders. It is important to say the apartment is illuminated by a big window that also offers a exterior view.
