A high standard apartment that will delight you!
The Area surrounding the apartment:
The location of this apartment couldn’t be any better: the beautiful Salamanca neighborhood. Surrounded by a great atmosphere, the visitor will enjoy walking around, visiting the best shops and having a great meal in one of the many restaurants around.
The apartment is well connected to the rest of the city by Metro, from the Nuñez de Balboa station it takes only 10 minutes to get to Gran Vía, and Puerta del Sol, the heart of Madrid.
For a quiet walk, the best option would be to take
Principe de Vergara street up to Mendez Pelayo and visit the Retiro Park, the best place to enjoy of nature. Surrounded by threes and a magnificent pond, it’s the perfect place to spend a nice afternoon , specially on Sundays when you can find many people playing, reading or playing music.

You will be definitely amazed by this apartment. Great location, a nice building, tasteful decoration…. All you want in the same place! Within its 55 m2, the Bryce apartment has room enough for four people, as it has a bedroom with a double bed and also one sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a small bar. The living room, as displayed in the pictures, is pure style In this apartment! there is light everywhere, since it has large windows, one in the bedroom and the other one that opens to a magnificent terrace, with three sofas , this is the area that makes this apartment so special, because of the comfort it offers. To sum up, choosing the Bryce is choosing a high quality place to spend your stay in Madrid.
