Avenida de America is a well know main street by both local people and visitors, as it is one of the most important accesses to the city that also connects with downtown. It is used by thousands of people who arrive to Madrid by plane, as it is located within 10 minutes from the airport ,and it is the best way to come to Madrid from Barcelona, the other most important city in Spain and therefore has new, efficient highways, keeping traffic organized. It is surprising how central this apartment is even though it is the access to the city from the rest of the country. For example, it only takes 5 minutes to get to Paseo de la Castellana, if taking Maria de Molina street, and also Serrano street, in Salamanca neighborhood. The apartment is surrounded by a residential area, providing all kinds of services such as supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Many important companies have their headquarters near the apartment, which is ideal for people coming for work. The Avenida de America metro station –one of the most important in the whole metro network-is only 5 minutes walking from the apartment. It connects by line 4 with the city center and with the airport and Trade Fair. A few meters away from the apartment you can find the famous Puerta de America Hotel, where every floor has been decorated by a different professional (all of them known world wide. The apartment
This perfect apartment for executives has 2 illuminated exterior bedrooms, with good ventilation and privacy, one with a double bed and the other one with 2 single beds, both equipped with work tables and comfortable chairs for those who need to spend hours in front of the computer. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed and is decorated with lots of color and equipped with TV, DVD and Internet. In the center, there is a low table that can be turned into a dining table. From the living room you have access to the terrace which offers amazing views of the most urban side of Madrid as the apartment is located in a very high building.
There is small kitchen, very functional and well equipped and a modern bathroom, with a washing machine and dryer.

Chamartin
The “Paseo de la Castellana” starts in Plaza de Colón, north of the Salamanca district, continuing north you come to “Nuevos Ministerios” an area another of Madrid major rail interchange. A few kilometres north you come to the Plaza de Castilla district, an area of skyscrapers, commercial and financial center. On the Metro Plaza de Castilla, you access to anywhere in the city within a few minutes.
In this vast area are located the more expensive homes in Madrid in different categories and types of residential areas: The area of Viso, Cruz del Rayo, Alberto Alcocer, Paseo de la Habana, Alfonso XIII or Costa Rica, are names and references of many of these areas impossible to appoint completely.
The area of Plaza de Castilla has the most striking skyscraper of the profile Madrilenian, the most prominent are the “inclined Puerta de Europa towers”, or KIO Towers, designed by renowned architect Philip Johnson. At this point begins the Paseo de la Castellana, the main artery that crosses Madrid from north to south, to link up with the Paseo de Recoletos and Paseo del Prado and arriving at Atocha train station. Besides being an area with modern office buildings, many prestigious restaurants and boutiques are located here.
The Chamartin district is an area that combines a spirit and modern residential buildings and Chalets surrounded by gardens and quiet streets perfect for strolling, with many shopping and business areas where you can find all kinds of stores, supermarkets and one of the best markets in Madrid, the Potosi, for its quality and variety in all kinds of high quality food. Likewise there is a wide variety of restaurants of all types and categories, catering for Spanish and international cuisine. With typical Tapas bars and pubs, cafes, etc open late into the night accompany them as a complement to the activities of leisure Club Fashion, Pubs and Clubs of live music and so on. Through the Metro stations in Colombia and Cuzco, the area is communicated directly with the airport and the site of the International Fair of Madrid IFEMA at least 4 stations, as well as the Chamartin train station you have the famous Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, the home of Real Madrid's football club just 10 minutes by metro.
