Located in the Salamanca neighborhood, the most requested one by all those who want to spend their stay in Madrid surrounded by green areas, being the most outstanding the Retiro Park, all a symbol of the city. Besides, walking around, you will find the most exclusive boutiques and fine restaurants. A remarkable characteristic of this area are their fantastic façades that give it a classical look. The visitor will be delighted by the wonderful location of this apartment, because it allows to enjoy the calm of a residential neighborhood, and at the same time, is very well connected to the center: Gran Vía, Puerta del Sol and all the great places that make Madrid such a great city!

In a great building, with doorman and elevator, this 65 m2 apartment offers all the comfort you expect to fully enjoy your stay in Madrid. It has capacity for four people, distributed in two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other one with a double bed. It has two bathrooms. The living room has a nice and elegant look with a black sofa. In the dinning room you will find a very particular table set illuminated by a curved lamp. The kitchen furniture is all wooden so that gives it a very home-like appearance. It’s also equipped with the devices you might need.
