Vacation apartments in Madrid for short term rental

The area surrounding the apartment:

Located in the most typical area of Madrid thanks to the buildings, typical restaurants and the most specialized stores. Right in front of the apartment you can find the most authentic tablao flamenco in town, called Casa Patas, a place every visitor should go to fully enjoy the essence of this magnificent art. From the apartment you can walk to the Reina Sofia Museum( it takes no longer than 10 minutes to get there), the best place to admire the most important pieces of work of contemporary art, such as Picasso’s Guernica, and interesting temporary exhibitions. Some other amazing museums around are Prado, Thyssen Bornemisza and Caixa Forum, recently open. A very typical activity the visitor should practice while staying in this area is to go to have a tapa and a caña in one of the many bars you can find around.

The apartment:

Located in a Corrala building, very characteristic in Madrid’s old architectural design, in which the houses surround a big backyard, where nice wooden beams can be seen. These are charming buildings that have been recently reformed and now have elevators for the comfort of their inhabitants. The apartment is really nice, tastefully decorated in order to create a cozy environment. It ha a capacity for 4 people, 2 of them in a double bed in a independent bedroom, and the other two in a double sofa bed you can find upstairs, in a sloping room separated by a staircase. It is important to mention there is no door to separate those rooms. Between the bedroom and the living room there is the bathroom, with bathtub. The kitchen and the living room share the same area.
