The area surrounding the apartment:

Steps away from the lively Gran Vía and Plaza de Cibeles, the apartment is in walking distance from the city’s main tourist sights such as the Prado, Reina Sofía and Thyssen Bornemisza Museums, the Opera House, the Royal Palace or the Retiro Park.
Approximately a 10-minute walk from the apartment is Puerta del Sol (the epicentre of Spain, also known as Km.0), where tourists and natives congregate to meet, shop, eat, drink and experience the vibrance of this busy centre. Also very close is the Plaza Mayor, full of history and lively outdoor cafes.
Part of its neighbourhood is the Chueca Barrios, one of Madrid's trendiest and liveliest area, with lots of bars and fashion restaurants, and close by are Fuencarral, Hortaleza, Augusto Figueroa and Almirante streets where you will find some of the most interesting shops in Madrid.

This elegant and tastefully decorated apartment is located in a beautiful building that has been completely renovated. It is a spacious and classical apartment with wooden floors and high ceilings.
The apartment has a spectacular entrance of 40 sq metres with a classical crystal chandelier.
Its spacious living room is divided into two environments: one for TV. and the other for reading and relaxation.
There is a separate dining room with a large glass table that seats six.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary domestic appliances in order to ease your stay: refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave … and, in addition, the typical small domestic appliances.
There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The 2 main bedrooms have their own “in suite” marble bathrooms. There is also 1 bedroom with two single beds and another bedroom with one single bed and a roll-away bed. All bedrooms are cosy and comfortable.
You will also find a CD player, DVD player, TV and free Internet broadband wireless connection to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable!
The house has an inner patio with plants and flowers and 3 balconies facing the street.
