Located over San Bernardo St., an avenue which divides the Conde Duque neighborhood on one side -that owns its name to the well known headquarter which nowadays holds one of the most important Contemporary Art Cultural Centres where you can see exhibitions, concerts and theatre- and the Malasaña area on the other side –famous for its night life around the Plaza Dos de Mayo, surrounded by alternative design shops and the most under pubs and bars. Either sides of the avenue, it is an area known for its pleasant squares with lovely bohemian and calm terraces where to enjoy of a drink and the typical Spanish tapas. Surprisingly it is also a very calm zone even being so near the most visited areas in the city.
It´s an ideal location due to its proximity to Madrid´s historic and touristic centre, just five minutes walk from the Gran Vía and two blocks away from the Noviciado Metro Station from which you reach the main museums and important sights.

The terrace is acceded from the living room through large glass sliding doors that make this room really luminous. The living room has a double sofa bed, a corner with a desk and another space for the dinning table with capacity for four. The kitchen –very spacious, modern and fully equipped- is in a separated room. The bedroom, with a double bed, is very comfortable and decorated in a cheerful and colourful way. There is also a single bed with the size convenient for a child. The bathroom is spacious and has one of the apartment´s luxuries: a hydro shower. The apartment also has Internet connection, telephone, air conditioning and other facilities that make it really comfortable.
