It is located in the Ciudad Jardín neighbourhood, one of the most valuable and fashionable areas of the moment due to its great location between Madrid´s historic centre and its north area. It offers all the advantages of a calm neighbourhood, with all the necessary services and avoiding being in the middle of the city´s centre caos. This neighbourhood –which used to be an industrial area- has become a very fashionable one in the past few years since all the old factories have been redesigned and recovered into luxury lofts or very modern office buildings which host the main international companies. Besides, it is also next to one of the city´s better municipal sports centres, with tennis and paddle courts, football fields, swiming pool and gym.
The well known Berlin Park is just five minutes walk away. It´s a great park and main green space in Madrid.
Communication to any point in the city is really simple and fast since the Alfonso XII metro station is just 100 metres away form the apartment. It only takes 15 minutes to reach the heart of Madrid´s centre.

The apartment:

White and bright. Refine, delicate and very luminous. Each of the luxurious rooms of this apartment have large windows which fill them of natural light making them even more spacious. In a modern building with a great patio where there is a lovely swimming pool, ideal place for relaxing during the intense madrilean summer. It has a parking nearby and a 24 hs security service.

It has capacity for four and will be really comfortable. There is a bedroom with double bed and another one with two individual ones, both rooms follow the house´s style with wooden floors and a prevailing white colour with delicate coloured details. The living is a very inviting place for relaxing in its two great sofas, plasma TV, DVD and music equipment. In this same room there is a dinning space with table for six. The bathrooms are two, one of them with bath, the other has shower. And the kitchen is separated, very modern and fully equipped and leads to a laundry room.
This is a really comfortable and luxurious apartment in a building that offers exclusive services.
