Located in the north area of Madrid. A very calm and familiar and residential neighbourhood next to the Berlin Park. One of the most reknown parks in the city which hosts ruins of The Wall which was offered to different European cities as a historic monument.
The neighbourhood is known as Chamartín and its a very fashionable and safe area full of green spaces, schools and exclusive houses.
Just one block away from the apartment there is a great sports centre of Madrid´s Community with covered swimming pool, tennis and paddle courts and a football field. Although it is a calm neighbourhood it has a varied leisure and restaurant offer.
Access to Madrid´s historic and touristic centre is really simple and fast in public transport since the apartment is surrounded by metro stations - Concha Espina, Cruz del Rayo ando Alfonso XIII- from different lines that will take you everywhere.

The apartment:

A 90 m2 apartment located at an exclusive building and with a beautiful terrace ideal for enjoying breakfast during good weather.
It has three bedrooms: one with a double bed and the others with individual beds, one of them has got two beds. All of them with spacious wardrobes and desk tables.
The great dinning room is always luminous due its big windows looking towards the terrace.
