Only two minutes away from the Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor, La Latina neighbourhood is part of Madrid´s historic centre where many famous writers such as Cervantes got together. Nowadays it is one of the most visited areas in the Capital, open to the most diverse ages and styles and origins.
It is a monumental area full of old cathedrals and historic buildings and known for its authentic neighbourhood identity. La Latina concentrates many theatres, bars, pubs, and restaurants -to try the very typical tapas- which are open still dawn.
Besides staying in a very special neighbourhood and being able to enjoy its own charms –such as the well known El Rastro, a flea market which takes place every Sunday-, from this apartment you´ll be able to reach Madrid´s main touristic sites with in a few minutes walk.

The apartment:

This is more than a fine apartment in a great neighbourhood. It is a unique corner. A two floor attic at the top of an old recovered building from which you can see the heart of Madrid´s historic centre.
This duplex has got spacious rooms which are always full of light due to its huge windows and decorated in a minimalist style where light colours are predominant.
The two bedrooms are at the bottom floor both of them with double beds and small balconies.
Six people can sleep in the apartment since there is also a double sofa bed in the living room at the top floor. From here a big glass door leads to the spectacular terrace prepared with a table and chairs because, for sure, you wont be able to leave so quickly once you are there.
Dumas Attic has been specially designed with a very modern style and furniture, even the kitchen, which is also completely equipped. It is important to mention that as it is an apartment for six, it has two big bathrooms.
