Only two minutes away from the Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor, La Latina neighbourhood is part of Madrid´s historic centre where many famous writers such as Cervantes got together. Nowadays it is one of the most visited areas in the Capital, open to the most diverse ages and styles and origins.
It is a monumental area full of old cathedrals and historic buildings and known for its authentic neighbourhood identity. La Latina concentrates many theatres, bars, pubs, and restaurants -to try the very typical tapas- which are open still dawn.
Besides staying in a very special neighbourhood and being able to enjoy its own charms –such as the well known El Rastro, a flea market which takes place every Sunday-, from this apartment you´ll be able to reach Madrid´s main touristic sites with in a few minutes walk.

To achieve a perfect stay it is fundamental to combine an ideal area with a five stars apartment, and as the neighbourhood was right there, we did everything to get the apartment, and we made it!
It is a very comfortable, modern and cosy apartment. The Dumas where specially designed so as to get spacious rooms and full of light due to its big window which leads to the balcony. Every room has got cheerful and stylish decoration.
Four people can sleep very comfortably at this apartment: the bedroom has got a double bed and in the living room there is a double sofa bed very easy to unfold. Kitchen and dining room are both separated, so those who sleep in the living room wont be stepped on.
You´ll love this apartment from the moment you come in and will feel really at home during your stay.
