This comfortable and modern apartment has all you need to visit and explore this fantastic city. Close to the beautiful Islington, the apartment is located in a central area which is very well served by public transportation (the metro stop “Angel” is just a few minutes away on foot from the apartment) which allows guests to quickly reach any cultural and historical attractions of London must-sees.

Located on the third floor, the Angel apartment has been recently renovated to the highest standards with quality materials and fittings. The interior décor is tasteful and modern.

There are two bedrooms in this great apartment, all of them with ample wardrobe space for the guests’ belongings. The spacious and bright master bedroom comes with a comfortable double bed and overlooks a quite street to guarantee a good night sleep for our guests. The second bedroom also comes with a double bed. Finally, charm and comfort have gone into the creation of a second bathroom which also includes a bath/shower unit and fresh towels ready to use upon arrival

The large living area of this apartment is warm and inviting, encouraging the guest to relax after trekking around London. In this area you will also find a flat screen TV, a double sofa bed where the fifth guest can sleep, two designer armchairs and a dining table. The separate kitchen is new and modern and comes fully equipped to make your visit to London easy and stress free. The whole apartment is also fitted with central heating and wireless internet to provide the guests with a high level of comfort.

Islington

Islington now is one of the liveliest and trendiest districts in the capital. For those who can afford them, its terraces houses offer elegant living close to the City and Central London. The finest aspect of Islington is its rich residue of wonderful Georgian streets and squares. The earliest examples, like Cloudesley Square and Myddelton Square, are in plain Georgian style with early neo-Gothic churches as their centrepieces. On the other hand, the main drag is Upper Street: the place is packed with pubs, cafes, designers’ bars and shops, and alternative theatres. For entertainment, there are more pub-theatre in Islington than anywhere else, from the oldest establishments King’s Head to the Almeida, one of the London’s leading theatres. All of this makes Islington one of the best areas of north London in the evening - a kind of off-West End. Camden Passage Market is a row elegant antiques shops and stalls open on Saturdays and Wednesdays. On the other side of Upper Street, you will find Chapel Street Market instead, selling cheap clothes, fresh fruit and vegetables and it is a salutary reminder of Islington’s working-class roots. East of Angel tube station, Regency-era Canonbury Square was once home to George Orwell. One of the handsome town houses in this square now contains the Collection of Modern Italian Art, with exciting works of the early Italian Futurist and a lovely garden café’ for your deserved break.
