Since the year 2000 the square's buildings, largely of Victorian vintage, have become host to a variety of bars, restaurants and vintage shops. Old Street is the nearest underground station with the Northern line available and it is extremely well connected by bus to any part of London.

Located on the ground floor of an historical warehouse building, the Hoxton apartment has been recently renovated and refurbished using quality materials and fittings.
