• Parque das Nações
  Making the most with the children. There is no other area of the city better for the kids than the Parque das Nações (Park of the Nations). Not only, many areas are closed off to traffic, so there is lots of possibilities to bike, roller skate, skate or walk by the river, but there are many green spaces for playing ball. Not to mention the educational spaces such as the Oceanarium de Lisboa (Aquarium) or the Pavilion of Knowledge (Science Museum).

West of Lisbon

These beaches are all served by the Lisbon to Cascais Railway (Station Cais do Sodre). The Carcavelos beach is wellknown for surfers, Cascais and Estoril with calmer waters are good for sunbathing.

South of Lisbon

By crossing the Tagus River with the 25 de Abril Bridge, there is a large strech of white sand beaches in Costa de Caparica. Excellent for surfers, pleasant sunny walks on the vast sand dunes and sunbathing.
