The Quintinha Luz 2 apartment is ideally located on a quiet street of the lower part of the Principe Real District, bordering Bairro Alto, an area famous for its nightlife, bars, hype restaurants, and trendy stores, and also located very close to the historic Tramway #28. The Quintinha Luz 2 is on the 4th floor (without elevator) of a typical old building of one of the oldest Lisbon city districts.

With its 70m² the Quintinha Luz 2 apartment is a modern style, welcoming accommodation with emphasis on lively colours on the walls and contrasting immaculate white. The Quintinha Luz 2 apartment is ideal for a family or a group of friends as it can house up to 6 people. It features two bedrooms, one with a large 160cm. bed, the other one with two single 90cm beds, and a sofa bed in the living area. From the bedrooms you have some astonishing views over the House of Parliament and its gardens.
In the living room, a quiet and cool part of the flat, you will be able to enjoy views over a garden and the neighbouring pool, watch your favourite international channels on cable TV, listen to music or have a drink before going out. At the Quintinha Luz 2, you also get free access to Wireless internet!
The kitchen, in shades of green, is modern and features all the mod cons and appliances you will need to prepare your home made meals and then enjoy together at the small kitchen table.
The full size, complete bathroom features contemporary style appliances and is decorated in bright apple green colours.

Principe Real
Principe Real, the historical heart of the city; if you want to have a feel of the Lisbon life with everything at walking distance, choose Principe Real neighbourhood. This area is ideally located on the top of a hill which Lisbon is so famous for, with superb views of the city and the Tagus river. Principe Real is well-known for its delicious garden with exotic and rare trees, but also a café under the branches of a giant tree next to a bio market every Saturday morning. You are a couple of streets away from Bairro Alto where you’ll find hundreds of restaurants and bars at night. If you pass by the São Pedro de Alcantara viewpoint, you can also reach easily the shopping areas of Chiado or Rossio by street elevator. If you go down the other way, you’ll discover typical old streets leading to São Bento Parliament House where you find any type of restaurants and typical Portuguese antiques shops. In this neighbourhood, many restaurants, concept stores, chic boutiques and antiques shops will delight you.
