The apartment:



Close to the LX Factory, an artistic hotspot bringing together the most popular Lisbon designers and creators, this late 19th century building with an original preserved wooden staircase houses the LX Terrace apartment, located on the 3rd floor (no elevator). It is also close to the #15 tram, which will take you to Belem one way and to the centre of Lisbon in the opposite direction.

The apartment offers stunning views of the city, and the 25th of April Bridge. Beautifully decorated, this apartemnt is perfect for couples, there is a double bed in the bedroom, and if required, it can also house an additional guest on the living room sofa. The bathroom is simple and tasteful, and is completely tiled in white.

The welcoming living room has a large sofa, a dining area and access to the lovely terrace overlooking the rooftops. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances.

In the apartment you will find individual electric heaters for the wintertime, although temperatures year round are always quite mild.

This apartment is the perfect choice for your stay, ideally located and with the extra charm of the incredible terrace overlooking Lisbon. It has everything you could wish for...

Lapa

If you want to have a feel of the Lisbon life choose this neighbourhood located on hills overlooking the city and the Tagus river. The famous old stylish tramways n°28 or 25 go across this zone. From those streets going down towards the river, you’ll have some of the best scenic views. Enjoy the calm of the residential area of Lapa with its elegant “Palacetes”, often occupied by embassies. But you are at a walking distance of Santos and Alcantara, other nightlife sectors of the capital. The Estrela basilica is hundred meters away, so are many other monuments to visit like Museu da Arte Antiga or the São Bento Parliament house. In the Lapa street, you will find restaurants, cafes and typical portuguese shops.

    The apartment was in excellent condition and Sofia our contact on the arrival and departure was lovely and very helpful.

    Das Appartment war perfekt!!! Alles war so, wie vorab beschrieben! Obwohl unser Appartment etwas außerhalb vom Centrum lag, konnte man durch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel alles sofort und unkompliziert erreichen. Div. Supermärkte sind vor Tür. Die Begrüßung war herzlich, informativ und sehr gut! Es war perfekt organisiert, besonders durch die vorhandene Mappe mit Tips und Stadtplan zum herausnehmen. Vielen Dank!
