The Flores 3 apartment is a bright, sunny apartment, located on the 3rd floor of a 19th century building without lift. At 150m2 in size, the apartment combines space and comfort, and can easily accommodate a group of up to six people. There are three beautiful bedrooms. The first, with an ample dressing room, benefitting from an extra sofa, opens over the River Tage. The second, without natural light but very quiet, is a suite with shower room. Finally, the third bedroom has two single beds. The tastefully decorated living room, with contemporary furniture, adjoins the spacious dining room, and has a large television with cable channels. The kitchen, in a range of green and grey tones, is equipped with all the modern fittings you need to prepare you meals. The Flores 3 has another bathroom, fully fitted in marble, with a shower.

Principe Real
Principe Real, the historical heart of the city; if you want to have a feel of the Lisbon life with everything at walking distance, choose Principe Real neighbourhood. This area is ideally located on the top of a hill which Lisbon is so famous for, with superb views of the city and the Tagus river. Principe Real is well-known for its delicious garden with exotic and rare trees, but also a café under the branches of a giant tree next to a bio market every Saturday morning. You are a couple of streets away from Bairro Alto where you’ll find hundreds of restaurants and bars at night. If you pass by the São Pedro de Alcantara viewpoint, you can also reach easily the shopping areas of Chiado or Rossio by street elevator. If you go down the other way, you’ll discover typical old streets leading to São Bento Parliament House where you find any type of restaurants and typical Portuguese antiques shops.
