Furthermore, the apartment enjoys an ideal location: in the heart of the historic part of town, just below the São Jorge Castle, opposite the Cathedral and close to Alfama, it will be the starting point of all your tourist activities, visits to the city monuments, going out to some good restaurants, nightlife or simply getting some well deserved rest on the sunny terrace.
The apartment:
The Sé Duplex is a large apartment with approximately a 140m2 area. It is just right for a large family or a group of friends as it can accommodate up to 9 people. The living room, very large, is decorated with utmost care. The furniture is practical and modern.
You shall be able to have your meals around the large wooden table that occupies part of the living room, or on the teak wood table on the terrace, and relax while watching satellite TV sitting comfortably on the leather sofa or living room armchair.
A set of stairs will lead you from the living room to the upper floor. There you shall find an attic style bedroom, open to the living room, with a double sofa bed and single sofa bed.
The separate kitchen is large and modern and has all modern appliances needed to get your meals ready.
One of the apartment's bedrooms, in shades of brown, has a double bed that can be taken apart to serve as two single beds and a single sofa bed which is suitable for a child. This bedroom's tiny balcony overlooks the crenelated towers of the Sé Cathedral. The other bedroom, in shades of bluish purple, has two single beds and a single sofa bed suitable for a child.
For your convenience, the apartment has two bathrooms, one with bathtub, washbasin, and toilet and another with a shower.
In the wintertime, there are electric heaters ready for guests to use.

Castelo
The neighborhood of Costa do Castelo features some of the most spectacular viewpoints of Lisbon. If you simply stroll around for a quick 30 minute walk, you will have views over most of the city and the Tagus river. Should you go up to the terraces of the São Jorge Castle, Lisbon will lie underneath at your feet. From here, turn towards the ocean and spend hours just watching the perfect geometry of the Baixa Pombalina. The Miradouro of Santa Luzia, just in front of Largo das Portas do Sol is only a few hundreds of meters away, so is the sector of Alfama in its vicinity of the Tagus. In the Baixa, a 5 minute walk from here, you’ll find a very busy shopping area where typical portuguese shops stand next to those with the newest brands of the market.
