This small apartment, all on ground floor, has the advantage of a great location for peaceful vacations or a business stay at a short distance from the vibrant area of the Bairro Alto. The perfect touch to the setting is the small patio terrace, which opens up from the cooking/dining room, with its' natural feel and local vegetation.
The Studio Patio apartment, with approximately 35m2 surface, is located in a small building completely renovated. Ideal location for 2 guests, this small house will be your safe haven in the center of Lisbon.
The cooking/dining area is very comfortable and has direct access to the patio. The kitchen corner is entirely equipped to allow you to cook all your different daily meals to be taken on the large modern table.
The sober bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a big wardrobe for your belongings. The bathroom, entirely renovated in a modern style, has all the modern day commodities.
The apartment counts on central heating, even though Lisbon winter temperatures are generally mild, and also WIFI internet.

Principe Real, the historical heart of the city; if you want to have a feel of the Lisbon life with everything at walking distance, choose Principe Real neighbourhood. This area is ideally located on the top of a hill which Lisbon is so famous for, with superb views of the city and the Tagus river. Principe Real is well-known for its delicious garden with exotic and rare trees, but also a café under the branches of a giant tree next to a bio market every Saturday morning. You are a couple of streets away from Bairro Alto where you’ll find hundreds of restaurants and bars at night. If you pass by the São Pedro de Alcantara viewpoint, you can also reach easily the shopping areas of Chiado or Rossio by street elevator. If you go down the other way, you’ll discover typical old streets leading to São Bento Parliament House where you find any type of restaurants and typical Portuguese antiques shops. In this neighbourhood, many restaurants, concept stores, chic boutiques and antiques shops will delight you.

Ya que es un bajo y el dormitorio da a la calle, serían necesarias unas cortinas para tener más intimidad. También podrían existir rejas en las ventanas, por una cuestión de seguridad. Algún vecino de los pisos más altos arroja continuamente agua al patio, por lo cual este solo se puede aprovechar a medias.

Por poner alguna pega: Distribución del mobiliario del piso poco coherente (piso para 2 personas con mesa-comedor excesivamente grande; falta un sofa).
Heel goed. Prima locatie en geweldige service van lokale vertegenwoordiger. Nette ontvangst en geen gedoe bij check-out.
