The Studio Patio apartment is located just below the Jardim du Principe Real. This small apartment, all on ground floor, has the advantage of a great location for peaceful vacations or a business stay at a short distance from the vibrant area of the Bairro Alto. The interior design is sober and modern and will satisfy all those in search of a quiet and relaxing place to stay. The perfect touch to the setting is the small patio terrace, which opens up from the cooking/dining room, with its' natural feel and local vegetation.
The apartment:
The Studio Patio apartment, with approximately 35m2 surface, is located in a small building completely renovated. Ideal location for 2 guests, this small house will be your safe haven in the center of Lisbon.
The cooking/dining area is very comfortable and has direct access to the patio. The kitchen corner is entirely equipped to allow you to cook all your different daily meals to be taken on the large modern table.
The sober bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a big wardrobe for your belongings. The bathroom, entirely renovated in a modern style, has all the modern day commodities.
The apartment counts on central heating, even though Lisbon winter temperatures are generally mild, and also WIFI internet.
For your Lisbon holiday, stay in this ideally located apartment, with a terrace to enjoy the open air summer nights. You couldn't wish for anything better!

Principe Real
Principe Real, the historical heart of the city; if you want to have a feel of the Lisbon life with everything at walking distance, choose Principe Real neighbourhood. This area is ideally located on the top of a hill which Lisbon is so famous for, with superb views of the city and the Tagus river. Principe Real is well-known for its delicious garden with exotic and rare trees, but also a café under the branches of a giant tree next to a bio market every Saturday morning. You are a couple of streets away from Bairro Alto where you’ll find hundreds of restaurants and bars at night. If you pass by the São Pedro de Alcantara viewpoint, you can also reach easily the shopping areas of Chiado or Rossio by street elevator. If you go down the other way, you’ll discover typical old streets leading to São Bento Parliament House where you find any type of restaurants and typical Portuguese antiques shops. In this neighbourhood, many restaurants, concept stores, chic boutiques and antiques shops will delight you.

Muy confortable, bien equipado y decorado con sencillez y elegancia y bastante limpio y nuevo. Buen emplazamiento. Un lugar ideal para pasar unos días en Lisboa.
Ya que es un bajo y el dormitorio da a la calle, serían necesarias unas cortinas para tener más intimidad. También podrían existir rejas en las ventanas, por una cuestión de seguridad. Algún vecino de los pisos más altos arroja continuamente agua al patio, por lo cual este solo se puede aprovechar a medias.

Ubicación, Limpieza y excelente servicio/atención por parte de la agencia.
Por poner alguna pega: Distribución del mobiliario del piso poco coherente (piso para 2 personas con mesa-comedor excesivamente grande; falta un sofa).
