The apartment:

The Cantinho d'Amalia apartment is located on the 4th floor without elevator of a typical building of this popular old town Lisbon district, and close to a subway stop. This pretty apartment and its nice structural forms have been furnished in a simple but elegant style. To show for it's name, plenty of paintings of the famous fado singer Amalia Rodrigues, hang from its walls. Some antique Portuguese furniture has been put to date by applying a simple whitewash. The rugs on the floor represent the motifs of the typical Portuguese Calçadas of the Lisbon streets.
The living room/dining room area includes a kitchen area separated by a simple visual effect on the apartment's floor, allows you to benefit from a magnificent view of the Saint George Castle (Sao Jorge) and the Graça church.
In the bedroom, also bathed in light, you shall find a large double bed and a large wardrobe.
The bathroom is plain but functional and comes with a shower. You will find fresh towels upon arrival.
