The Patio Flor apartment, with approximately 60m2 surface, is located in a small 19th century building completely renovated. The interiors have all been completely renovated and the architect has deliberately left the original walls, a mixture of sand, brick and stone, as well as the criss-crossed wooden beams that hold the structure, to give the area a very modern look.

Even though ideal for 2 guests, the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people belonging to a family, thanks to the sofa bed in the living room. This small house will be your safe haven in the center of Lisbon.

The living/dining area is very comfortable and has direct access to the patio. You will find a large sofa bed, cable TV set and a dining area set for 4 guests. The kitchen corner is entirely equipped to allow you to cook all your different daily meals.

The sober bedroom is furnished with a large double bed and a big wardrobe for your belongings. The bathroom, entirely renovated in a modern style, has all the modern day commodities.

The apartment counts on electric heating, even though Lisbon winter temperatures are generally mild.
