The Alcantara Docas apartment is situated in the Alcantara area in a brand new luxury building, close to the Tagus river and the fashionable bars and restaurants of Docas. Just a few minutes from the heart of Lisbon on tram 15 and not far from the beaches along the Cascais coast by train, this quiet apartment can easily accommodate a family or a group of friends.

The apartment:



With a floor space of 120 sqm2, the Alcantara Docas is located on the 5th floor of a modern building with elevator and stunning views over the 25th April bridge. The ceiling-to-floor windows are west facing which bring out the sunset colours, amplifying those large and modern spaces. The apartment features a large living area with 2 modern sofas, cable TV with DVD player and a stereo. A dining table with matching chairs occupies the dining corner. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with all modern appliances including washing machine and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and storage place, and a suite featuring a 160 cm double bed with a complete marble bathroom with bathtub. The second full bathroom also comes with a bathtub.

Lapa

If you want to have a feel of the Lisbon life choose this neighbourhood located on hills overlooking the city and the Tagus river. The famous old stylish tramways n°28 or 25 go across this zone. From those streets going down towards the river, you’ll have some of the best scenic views. Enjoy the calm of the residential area of Lapa with its elegant “Palacetes”, often occupied by embassies. But you are at a walking distance of Santos and Alcantara, other nightlife sectors of the capital. The Estrela basilica is hundred meters away, so are many other monuments to visit like Museu da Arte Antiga or the São Bento Parliament house. In the Lapa street, you will find restaurants, cafes and typical portuguese shops.

    el apartamento es espacioso y cómodo,la cocina está equipada al detalle,las habitaciones grandes,luminosas y con vistas al puente 25 de abril-el trato con el propietario excepcional,tuvimos un problema con las llaves y lo solucionó en tiempo record,agradecerle su amabilidad y simpatía. cerca del apartamento hay bares,restaurantes y un supermercado,está cerca la parada del bus,y cerca de una de las vías principales de la ciudad si te mueves en coche. lo recomiendo a cualquiera que quiera viajar a Lisboa.
    nos costó encontrar el apartamento,ya que la calle no está señalizada-no aparece el los callejeros.si queréis localizarlo,está an la parte posterior del consulado de Angola,al lado de la calle Professor Estevez.Un saludo     Juan Carlos, Spain 02 May 2010

    Es un apartamento moderno, amplio, muy bien equipado, en una bonita urbanización y con buenas comunicaciones a cualquier punto de Lisboa mediante tranvía y autobús. Además, el disponer de garage, cuando viajas en coche, es un dato muy a tener en cuenta por la comodidad de acceder al apartamento desde el mismo garage.
