The access to Lisbon is quick via motorway and a car is mandatory to get around in the area.

This exclusive and modern 350m2 villa with a well maintained flower garden around a private swimming pool is located in the middle of a well renowned golf resort of the Grand Lisbon. Here you’ll have a fantastic holiday among the pine trees, relaxing on sun-loungers chairs by the water or preparing for a barbecue party in the summer kitchen if you wish. But the area where the villa is also has an 36 hole course for the golfers and tennis courts to be rented at the hour for other sport fans.

This huge modern villa is ready to accommodate a family or a group of 10 friends. Upstairs at the top of nice and elegant wood staircase, there is a master en-suite bedroom with a jaccuzzi bath and a private terrace. Downstairs by the garden, the sleeping area is composed of one bedroom with a double bed, another one with two single beds separated by a nice bathroom with bath. The fourth bedroom also has twin beds and a separate bathroom. Finally a fifth room with 2 single beds is next to the living room and has its own bathroom with shower.

In the other section of the villa there are various living spaces with a central fireplace, the sofa corners with large windows opening onto the swimming pool and with TV plasma screen, DVD and music equipment as well as a large dining room. The kitchen is an open space with ultra modern appliances. Colourful paintings by the owner herself are hung on every wall of the house

Azeitao

From Lisbon, take the red bridge, on the other side of the Tagus river you are already in Alentejo. Midway between Lisbon and Setubal, the region of Azeitão offers various aspects well worth trying for most people : well known wines under Terras do Sado name and Moscatel of Setubal, international level golf courses with their exclusive mansions. You are next to the Arrabida Mountain Natural Park with spectacular cliffs plunging into the sea and harbour villages like Sesimbra. A little further along, the huge white sand beaches of the Atlantic. The access to Lisbon is quick via motorway but a car is mandatory to get around in the area.
