This holiday apartment is situated on the first floor of a building from the 50’s, in a tiny street of the Principe Real neighbourhood, just a few hundred meters away from the Bairro Alto, the shopping areas and the main monuments in Lisbon. Also a very good starting point to experience the nightlife of Bairro Alto, while hidden away in a calm zone. In other words a great choice for your visit.

This cosy 50sqm apartment of colourful style, mixing vintage and recent furniture, will be your relaxing spot after long walks in Lisbon. This Paz lodging is perfect for a couple with the separate bedroom in the back featuring a large bed and wardrobe space. The bright living room combines as a living, library and dining room with balconies over the street. A TV and DVD is available for your use. The blue kitchen has mantained the original stone fireplace. You’ll find all the kitchen appliances and cookware to help you cook special dishes at your will. The bathroom, simple and clean in style has a spacious modern shower.

The apartment comes with individual heaters for the winter period which is always very mild in Lisbon.

The central location of this holiday apartment will be a must in your new walking experience on the streets of Lisbon !

Principe Real

Principe Real, the historical heart of the city; if you want to have a feel of the Lisbon life with everything at walking distance, choose Principe Real neighbourhood. This area is ideally located on the top of a hill which Lisbon is so famous for, with superb views of the city and the Tagus river. Principe Real is well-known for its delicious garden with exotic and rare trees, but also a café under the branches of a giant tree next to a bio market every Saturday morning. You are a couple of streets away from Bairro Alto where you’ll find hundreds of restaurants and bars at night. If you pass by the São Pedro de Alcantara viewpoint, you can also reach easily the shopping areas of Chiado or Rossio by street elevator. If you go down the other way, you’ll discover typical old streets leading to São Bento Parliament House where you find any type of restaurants and typical Portuguese antiques shops. In this neighbourhood, many restaurants, concept stores, chic boutiques and antiques shops will delight you.

    Efficacité des services. Contact sympathique que nous avons pu rencontrer dès notre arrivée à Lisbonne. Appartement confortable et cosy, très bien situé, calme. Excellent rapport qualité-prix.

    Apartment is very comfortable. Flat located closely to historical and cultural center of Lisbon. Street Rua da Paz is quiet. It is best place in Lisbon for travellers.
