Belem is as famous for its Tower and its Moister as for its pastry shop where everybody MUST taste the only product : delicious custard tarts.

The apartment:
Situated on second floor of a small new building, this 190m² apartment, offers you all comfort and space you can expect. At the first level, a large dining / living-room with modern furniture, a large purple double sofa, that can be transformed into a double bed, a cable television, a DVD and a hifi.
You can easily take your meals with all your friends on the big wooden table. The kitchen, all in black and white is very modern with its design household appliances : induction cooker, American fridge, (ideal for the Caipirinha drink lovers !), a table where you can have breakfast or lunch. At the same level, a spacious twin-bedded room simply, decorated with toilets.
At the second level, the first bedroom has two single beds and a small sofa that can be used like a single sofa bed. The other bedroom has two single beds and another single sofa bed. Two modern bathrooms can also be found at this level : one with bathtub, basin and w-c and the other one with shower, basin and w-c.
In the apartment, the heating is electrical and can be used for winter period even if this temperature is always very mild in Portugal.
If you come by car, you can park inside the building. At a few steps from the apartment there is a bus stop for a bus service that takes you directly to the Lisbon centre.
For amateurs of Pastries of Belem and sighseeing, the Belem Attic 3 is ideal !!
Belem
By the Tagus River, ten minutes away from the Praça do Comecio (Comercio square) byt the tramway number 15, Belem is one of the most sought after areas by tourists visiting Lisbon. Here many monuments can be found, from the Monastery of Jeronimos, through the Tower of Belem, the museum of Carosses, the Palace of the Presidency, the Museum of the Marine, and the monument of discoveries. Belem is also a cultural centre highly recommended as the Centro Cultural de Belem CCB has hosted the Museo Colecção Berardo since 2007, a magnificent private collection of contemporary art and another large hall with a very interesting program. And don’t miss the Pastelaria de Belem with its world-famous Pasteis de Nata (Belem Pastries) !!
