The Gales Apartment in Lisbon

In an ultra modern condominium with swimming pool in the new Expo district

Many luxury condominiums with private facilities are now located inside this modern district which was built around the Parc of Nations (Parque das Nações) after the Expo 98. The Gales apartment is part of one of those recent luxury housing blocks, with a small shopping mall at its feet and close to the Vasco da Gama Tower. The Parque das Nações (Park of the Nations) was the site of the Expo ‘98. It is true that the most prestigious architects of the world built many superb buildings like the Oriente railway station, the 14km long Vasco da Gama Bridge and Tower or the Portugal Pavillion. But after the Expo, the area also kept its old activities and attractiveness for both locals and tourists with the Oceanarium of Lisbon, the Pavilhão Atlantico with major top star concerts and Casino Lisboa recently opened. It also became the new heart of the business city with plenty of headquarter offices, restaurants and shopping areas. Not to be too isolated from the historical part of the city, the Expo offers good transportation facilities with the metro or bus available to take you to other parts of the capital.

The apartment:

The Gales Apartment is of contemporary style both in its organisation and decoration. On the 3rd floor of a brand new building with elevator and over 80m² it can host a family or a group of 4 friends in two bedrooms with views over the gardens of the residence. The condominium is comprised of several buildings all linked together with an underground garage where a car slot is reserved for your apartment.
