If you want to have a feel of Lisbon life choose this neighbourhood - located on hills overlooking the city and the Tagus river. The famous old stylish tramways n°28 or 25 go across this zone. Enjoy the calm of the residential area of Lapa, with its prestigious "palacetes" often occupied now by embassies. Many points of interest are walking distance like Santos or Alcantara, other nightlife sectors of the capital. The flat is a hundred meters away from the Estrela basilica and many other must see monuments like the Museu da Arte Antiga. As in many districts of Lisbon, you will always find many restaurants, cafes and typical portuguese shops nearby.

The apartment:

From the old factory, only some iron bars and cement have been kept, but in full harmony with its second life as a living residence in a modern and exclusive outlook. Located on the 3rd floor of the buidling, the Loft is a very spacious apartment, high ceiling with zen spirit decoration.

On the first level, the open plan main room serves as living room, dining room, and study. It also has a big kitchen fully equipped with central table and a bathroom with bathtub. The second level presents with an open space with a double bed and a small private bedroom for a third person or a child.

You can listen to your favourite music on the hifi system, comfortably relaxing on the wide sofas of the living room in front of the fireplace.

There is also free access to wireless ADSL and air conditioning for summer and heating for winter.
To wash your clothes, there is a laundry room in the building. And if you decide to come with a car or rent one whilst here, you have use of the underground parking lot.
