A spacious and bright apartment in Design district of Santos

The Conde Barão apartment is located within a building recently remodelled to accommodate four or two holiday apartments per floor. Here we are in Santos, neighbourhood by the Tagus river, becoming the Design district of Lisbon with many contemporary decoration stores, art galleries, restaurants and hype night-clubs. Many buses and the typical tramways pass by downstairs in the street and lead you to Estrela, Lapa, Bairro Alto or Praça do Comercio, other major tourist places in the city.

The apartment:

All in white, the environment is young and cosy in this recently remodelled building. Like in many houses of the area, the narrow original stairs were kept but there is also an elevator up to the top.

The Conde Barão is ready to accommodate 2 people with a bright room nicely arranged with a living and a dining area with views of the city or the Tagus river. The bedroom is either with a large double bed (160cm) or twin beds and wardrobes. The bathroom is modern with a bath and basins. In bright and tonic colours, you shall appreciate how the space is nicely organised to provide best comfort after a long day discovering the city : large LCD TV and internet WIFI.

In the summer or in winter for heating, make use of air conditioned .
