Be sure that this seven room flat has all you can expect from a modern, comfortable and pleasant accommodation, plus a sunny terrace to rest at the end of the day. The area surrounding the apartment:

Between Basilica of Estrela and Prazeres, the Campo de Ourique district is at the same time a residential and shopping neighbourhood with its own life. Very animated on week days around the covered market where all the best fish, gorgeous fruit and fresh vegetables are sold. It is also here that Fernando Pessoa had spent the last 15 years of his life, in a house today converted into a museum. Many restaurants and typical bars around where you’ll meet the inhabitants of the area. Here people still say hello to each other when they meet in the streets like in the old days. In the middle of Campo de Ourique there is a garden, with its hundred-year-old trees, its ducks and other farm birds wandering around, and old men like to spend some time here playing cards or just commenting the latest football game seen on TV. This district is very well connected to the rest of the city via buses or the tramway 28 in less than half an hour.

The Gallery apartment is hidden on the 1st floor of a nicely preserved building of the early XXth century. This contemporary art gallery is a platform for international names, nationally acclaimed and emerging artists wishing to pursue or launch an international career, as well as for those interested in making their debut on the Iberian Peninsula. The gallery artists use a wide range of single and mixed media, comprising painting, photography, video, works on paper, sculptures and site-specific works. When you arrive have the pleasure of discovering the art pieces exposed during your stay in the flat.

As a matter of fact the Gallery is a spacious 7 room apartment, mainly dedicated to art exhibition, entirely for your own and sole enjoyment every morning and evening. The bedroom is of simple and cosy comfort, the bathroom is very bright with a large window and a bathtub. Your privacy will always be respected during your stay and the kitchen is available for your cooking talents. Have a sunbath on the terrace on deckchairs or simply have breakfast in the morning or a cocktail outside at night. (This apartment has no living room and is not appropriate for a family with children).
