This area is ideally located at the top of one of the seven hills, which make Lisbon so famous, with superb views of the city and the Tagus river. You are at a couple of streets away from Bairro Alto where you’ll find restaurants and bars at night. If you pass by the São Pedro de Alcantara viewpoint, you can also easily reach the shopping areas of Chiado or Rossio by street elevator. If you go down the other way, you’ll discover typical old streets leading to São Bento Parliament House where you find many types of restaurants and typical Portuguese antique shops.

The apartment:

Located on the 1st floor of an old style and elegant building, totally refurbished, the Jardim Isabel apartment has been recently decorated. It is very spacious and bright with high ceilings and can accommodate up to 5 people. But its principal and most valuable feature is its garden which is accessible from the living room. Imagine a garden with relaxing chairs, a hammock, green lawn in the very center of the city… a truly magical place to relax after long walks through the streets of Lisbon.

Ideal for a family with children but also for a group of friends, thanks to its 3 bedrooms : one with large double bed, one twin-bedded room and a single bed room. And for your convenience it has a marble bathroom with a bathtub and another one with a large shower.

The kitchen, bright and clean, is fully equipped with appliances and has direct access to a dining-living room where you can have your meals unless you prefer to take them on the terrace next to the garden space. The living room is spacious, simply but well decorated with its large sofa and a big Plasma TV with Cable channels, ADSL internet and DVD.

For wintertime the apartment has central heating and music system available in all rooms. If you have a car a closed garage is also available (upon request and for extra charge).

Whether you are in Lisbon for business or vacation the Jardim Isabel apartment with its excellent location, is also a very good starting point to experience the nightlife of Bairro Alto, while hidden away in the Principe Real peaceful and residential area.
