The Lapa apartment is a great large one bedroom apartment located between the calm of the Lapa and the nightlife of Santos but also so close to Bairro Alto, Chiado and São Bento.

Seeking for a sunny and bright apartment, you'll enjoy the charming views over Lisbon and the river from this apartment.
Located in one of the smartest and quietest district of Lisbon, it benefits from exceptional views on the Tagus River. The building is a typical “Lisboèta” building with its frontage all in azulejos ensuring a fresh temperature in the summer and preventing any moisture in the event of inopportune rains!
The apartment has been completely renovated offering the latest accommodation comfort and decorated with contemporary taste. Ideally located on the 2nd floor of a late 19th century typical building (no lift), it offers one extra large bedroom with 160 cm bed and two door windows and a large closet with a digital safe for your valuables.
A separate attached luminous bathroom all in marble with window over the street, hair dryer and luxury linen and towels.
The dining/living room is extremely sunny with large windows over the city and the river. It comes with a sofa bed (160cm), a DVD player and a stereo. Attached to the dining room, there is an open kitchen fully equipped with all appliances and Portuguese ceramic plates.
The apartment comes with heating for the winter period.

Lapa
If you want to have a feel of the Lisbon life choose this neighbourhood located on hills overlooking the city and the Tagus river. The famous old stylish tramways n°28 or 25 go across this zone. From those streets going down towards the river, you’ll have some of the best scenic views. Enjoy the calm of the residential area of Lapa with its elegant “Palacetes”, often occupied by embassies. But you are at a walking distance of Santos and Alcantara, other nightlife sectors of the capital. The Estrela basilica is hundred meters away, so are many other monuments to visit like Museu da Arte Antiga or the São Bento Parliament house. In the Lapa street, you will find restaurants, cafes and typical portuguese shops.

Casi todo.. :o) El trato de Denis y Marie al llegar, la luz, el parquet, el barrio de Lapa, las ventanas... Un apartamento estupendo, para descansar, descubrir Lisboa a otro ritmo, bien situado y con un encanto muy, muy especial. La cocina muy completa, todo ha funcionado correctamente, el supermercado a dos pasos, la habitación muy amplia, etc etc (sólo tenemos palabras buenas :o))

L'accueil a été vraiment très agréable tant à l'netrée qu'à la sortie de l'appartement (temps passé ...), les appartements correspondent exactement sur place au descriptif qui en est fait. J'ai déjà loué des appartements auparavant à Barcelone et Rome et je suis enchantée à chaque fois de trouver l'appartement tel que je l'imagine selon vos commentaires et descriptifs.
