This apartment has an amazing view overlooking the old city of Istanbul, the beautiful hills, palaces, mosques and the famous Galata Bridge.
The area surrounding the apartment
You will find the apartment in the Karakoy district which is a mere 5 minutes walk to the old city of Istanbul, Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque and many other historical and tourist spots.
The apartment has been completely renovated both inside and out. It is on a busy main street, which means it is busy and lively both day and throughout the night. However, this merely adds to the charm of the Istanbul experience, with the city calling for you to come out and enjoy all that it has to offer.
The famous Galage Bridge connects Karakoy and Eminonu. On both sides of the bridge there are shipping terminals, but it only taks 5 minutes to cross the bridge. Once across, you are in Emionu and can wander up the hill to Sultanahmet and the Grand Bazaar. The apartment is located next to the coast road to Ataturk airport and will take you only 30 minutes by car or bus.
The Apartment
At the top of 2 flights of stairs, you enter this beautiful and elegant 2 bedroom apartment. Perfect for families or couples, the main bedroom suite is the perfect oasis where you can kick back and relax after a busy day of sightseeing. This suite, has a comfortable double bed, a lounge area with sofá and TV and en-suite bathroom complete with shower.
The living area comes complete with a comfortable seating arrangement of sofá and armchair, TV with satellite channels and coffee table. The sofá converts into a comfortable double bed for additional guests. There is also an open plan kitchenette for preparing your meals and a dining table and chairs.
The second bedroom comes complete with a double bed and storage space for your belongings. Guests in this bedroom have access to the second complete bathroom. Fresh towels and linens are provided for your stay.

Eminonu (in the Fatih District )
If you follow the coast from Sultanahmet, the first place you will get to is Eminonu and the Spice Market, which has stood there since 1664. Legend has it that it was around in Byzantine times as well. The market is in an L shape, thus you will enter one way and end up at another door. In 1691 and 1940 there were huge fires, however the market fortunately survived both. Although, it was badly damaged by the second fire, it has been well renovated.
On the coast there is a great mosque, which was completed in 1663. At the Mosque’s main entrance stairs there are always a lot of pigeons. These pigeons are fed by people visiting the mosque during the day or by passers-by.
