The Star penthouse is laid out over two floors, with over 195sqm of opulence and space. The penthouse boasts a terrace, designer kitchen, four bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
On the main floor you will find the entrance hall and the living room with direct access to a fabulous (over 30sqm) terrace that has a view overlooking one of the most impressive avenues in Granada and across to the Sierra Nevada. The living room has a sofa bed and a state-of-the-art plasma TV. There is also an office corner and one of the penthouse's full bathrooms.
The open plan kitchen, with a spectacular central counter, is fully equipped and includes a washing machine/dryer and a dishwasher. The dining room is tranquil and has a large table for up to 10 dinner guests.
The master bedroom, bright and spacious, is also located on the main floor and has a comfortable double bed. The partitions in the master bedroom, as well as those of the other bedrooms, are made of glass.
On the upper floor, are the three remaining bedrooms, one of them with over 40sqm surface and a sitting area, an oversize wardrobe and 2 single beds. The second and third upstairs bedrooms have a double bed each and space for guests' personal belongings. This floor also has a full bathroom.
The apartment has air conditioning throughout (hot/cold).

A dynamic city, Granada has a historic centre with a great variety of architectures from different periods, which makes it a great attraction for the visitor… from the large avenues to the long side streets that run through the city, its streets are the perfect setting for large firms as well as smaller businesses where the owners surprise us with vanguard designs. We can enjoy endless stops on a culinary tour of the city with something for everyone, even those with the most refined of palates.
There are plenty of museums and monuments situated in this part of the city – the Cathedral, considered the first Renaissance church in Spain and one of the greatest exponents of this artistic order. The Catholic Kings mandated its construction in 1492 and it was originally based on the gothic model of the Toledo Cathedral. In the Royal Chapel, which houses the remains of D. Fernando de Aragón and Dª Isabel de Castilla, Dª. Juana I and D. Felipe I and prince Miguel…we find a deep historic and human sentiment and recognize its religious importance, expressed with rich artistry: architecture, sculpture, paintings, gold and silverworks, tapestries... all expressed in three styles: gothic, renaissance, and baroque.
