Fabulous classic design apartment with all Granada's luxury comfort. The Carmen apartment is thought out so that the whole family can enjoy a stay in Granada, and it's located on Cuesta de la Victoria, a few meters from the legendary Paseo de los Tristes and the Darro River, at the foot of the La Alhambra and right at the center of the most emblematic and touristic city sites.
The Paseo de Los Tristes is a nice avenue by which to access the Albaycín from downtown, and on which you shall find numerous shops, tapas bars, nightclubs and food stores. It is the main road going uphill, for motor vehicles and Granada's public transportation, but even so, the traffic is limited to only certain times of day. The Carmen apartment has the benefit of optional garage parking on site if required.
The apartment is located in a typical Carmen of the Albaycín, only place in the world where you can find these constructions, surrounded by a Ziri reservoir and beautiful gardens. The apartment is a large bright space with a living/dining room, from where you access the terrace with a view to the Alhambra, and a great quality sofa that allows anyone staying in this precious Granada jewel to enjoy their stay to the max. The apartment also has a plasma TV, DVD player, and an air conditioning unit (hot/cold mode).
The bedrooms have a view on the back gardens, and each one has wardrobe where you can comfortably store clothes, and whilst one of them counts a double bed, the other has two single beds. Bed linen and towels are provided on arrival.
The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a large classic style pantry and a bare marble kitchen sink which is a quite a beauty.
The bathroom is large and comfortable, with a shower (no bathtub). The apartment's floors are in clay, a marvelous floor that grants this accommodation a very nice rustic feel.
It is also an ideal place for business trips to Granada, as it is an elegant meeting place and offers guests the tranquility needed for maximum concentration.
