The area surrounding apartment
Located in the heart of the historic centre of Granada, the Realejo neighbourhood is the oldest in Granada. The Hierbabuena Apartment invites you to discover the most emblematic sites of our city only a few steps from Plaza Nueva and perfectly communicated with the palatial city of Alhambra.
The beautiful building dates from early 20th century and has been recently renovated. It provides you with all the services needed to make your stay truly unforgettable.
The life in the Realejo neighbourhood is amazing: you can find all kinds of bars where you can enjoy the typical tapa after spending your day shopping or visiting monuments that hold World Heritage status.
It is perfect for a romantic escapade, a cultural journey or a business trip as it offers all the services you need to enjoy your stay.
The Apartment
The Hierbabuena Apartment has been built and designed to enjoy maximum comfort during your stay. Built right in front of a 16th century church, natural light fills every corner, every day.
The living room is decorated with typical furniture, so you can relax while you enjoy a beautiful sunset. The bedroom, furnished with 2 individual beds, invites you to sleep and rest quietly and pleasantly.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook your own food at home, if you feel like it.
Bachelor/bachelorette parties are strictly forbidden.

Centro Realejo
Situated at the foot of the Alhambra facing southeast, the Realejo retains the mesh of maze-like streets from its time.
Even before the arrival of the Moors in the 8th century, the Jews had their citadel on the left edge of the Darro river. The city identified itself with the Jews in such a way that the Moors called it "Garnata al-Yahud", Granada of the Jews. When the Christians captured the city, they destroyed the Jewish quarter and renamed it El Realejo, since it had been taken for the Crown.
The most important public space of the quarter is the Campo del Principe, created by the Catholic Kings to celebrate the wedding party of their son Juan. The Campo del Principe is a hotspot for nightlife, as it is filled up with tables from the many taverns that surround it.
In the Realejo, we will find many interesting buildings such as El Carmen de Los Mártires, El Auditorio and the museum of Manuel de Falla, as well as the Fundación Rodriguez Acosta or Las Torres Bermejas, among others. This is the quarter favoured by the literary, explorers, painters, and artists of every period in which to live at some point in their life. This environment has left an imprint on the Realejo where everyone that passes through its streets can sense the diverse background any day of the week. And of course, it is also where you must go to try the Tapas, and let the chefs surprise you.

The apartment had everything we needed, including laundry detergent for the washing machine, kitchen towels, dish soap, toilet paper. We also loved the private rooftop terrace with the lovely view of the Cathedral. Eduardo was particularly helpful and lovely to deal with. I would recommend Eduardo and his apartments to everybody.
There was nothing we did not like at this apartment.

Cleanliness, convenient location, private outdoor terrace. Good written information about practical matters like what to do with garbage. Exceptional help from the manager who personally gave up around 3-4 hours of his time to help us through the medical system and translate after a minor accident to a toe - we requested advice on where to go and were extremely impressed by the response.

Can not say enough good about this wonderful apartment and it's location, easy to get to anywhere in Granada. Elegantly outfitted modern apartment and building. Eduardo and Deici were fabulous, helpful, timely, etc etc. I can not wait for a return visit!
