Surrounded by 5 hectares of green fields and olive trees, this splendid old stone house is part of a large estate that lies in the Tuscan hills just outside Florence and is also home to an historic 17th century villa.The property which houses the villa is in the middle of the countryside so we recommend you bring a car in order to explore the area and visit Florence, only 15km away and easily accessible by car in just 20 minutes.
The apartment:
Restored maintaining the rustic style typical of the Tuscan countryside, Villa Pandora II features ceramic clay floors, original exposed stone walls, beautiful wood ceilings and warm, welcoming lighting. On the ground floor there is the large, spacious living room, furnished with sofas and armchairs, a lovely traditional kitchen equipped for your every need and furbished with a classic Tuscan fireplace, and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen leads directly to a private garden, perfect for an open air barbecue in the sunshine.
Upstairs there is a lovely double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both overlooking the surrounding vineyards, and a classic, rustic style bathroom with shower. Villa Pandora II also gives you access to an outdoor communal pool, shared with the villa next door, and has air conditioning, satellite TV, wireless internet access, washing machine, dishwasher and a barbecue.
