The Bacco III apartment is one of five splendid apartments created within a historic farm house nestled in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, which has been recently refurbished and renovated for agro-tourism. The structure, built progressively over a period of almost five centuries, is surrounded by a large garden with swimming pool and fields lined with vines, characteristics which make this the perfect choice for families or groups wishing for a relaxing holiday. Please note that the Bacco III apartment is located 10 km from Florence, therefore we recommend the use of a vehicle to discover the area and visit Florence itself. For those who would rather not have to use a car when on holiday, the area is also accessible via train from Florence's train station SMN (17 minute ride).

The apartment:

Restored while beautifully preserving the authentic character of the original structure, the Bacco III apartment has been created out of the historic rooms used by the labourers in charge of working the vineyards of the estate. The interior design brings together simplicity and elegance, while keeping alive the memory of rural Tuscan traditions. Romantic wooden ceilings and terracotta flooring highlights the natural gracefulness of the building, ornamented by rustic and chic furnishings.

The Bacco III apartment is laid out over two levels (ground and first floor) and access to it is through a traditional and evocative courtyard. The large living-room, which used to be the stables, is furnished lovingly and includes a fantastic open-plan kitchen, a table with chairs, an armchair, TV set and sofa bed (…). A flight of 8 steps leads guest upstairs to the sleeping area, with three bedrooms, two of which are doubles, and one twin with an en-suite bathroom with a shower unit. On the same level there is also the second bathroom, characterised by a simple, functional style and fitted with a comfortable shower. Guests to the Bacco III apartment also have access to a private exterior area ready with a bench, table and chairs, the ideal spot to relax in the open air and enjoy the view of the surrounding hills and the traditional patio.

The Bacco III apartment also offers access to a communal open air swimming pool, to be shared with the other four apartments on the estate, as well as independent heating, wireless Internet access, dishwasher and a BBQ.

Guests who stay in this apartment can also take advantage of the additional laundry and valet services, which are available upon request at an extra fee.
