The area surrounding the apartment
This large, modern apartment is located at the end of L'Estartit's beach stretch and on the waterfront, next to the underwater Natural Park of Illes Medes.
To the north, you'll find the beautiful Roses Bay area and towards the south, aside from golf courses and sandy beaches, the Gothic villages of Pals and Peratallada.
The apartment
The check-in starts at 17:00 hours, and you must collect the keys to his apartment in the office of the owner located in Avenida de Grecia 20-26, during office hours from 17:00 to 19 : 00 hours.
This lovely apartment is one of several we can offer in the building. The photographs are a selection of the various units. The apartments may vary slightly in the layout or décor but the features are the same. Your specific apartment will be allocated on arrival.
To ensure that all of the apartments in the building have a terrace and sea view, the entrace is accesible by a stairway at the side of the building.After going up this stairway, you will find the elevator which takes you to all floors in the building with the exception of the roof where the comunal swimming pool and sun terrace is located. To access the swimming pool, you have to go up one flight of stairs.
This building has comfortable and bright studio apartments as well as 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.
All have a fully-equipped kitchen, a full bathroom and a cozy living room with direct access to a spectacular terrace.
Everything will be close at hand: the sea, the beach, the Medes Islands, and the lovely town of l'Estartit.
The terrace will certainly be the strong point of your wonderful vacation on the Costa Brava!

L’Estartit
This attractive town in the Costa Brava enjoys an incomparable setting. Wide, spacious beaches of fine sand are complemented by an infinity of rocky coves, which are perfect for diving excursions.
The Medes Islands, which lie opposite the town’s coast, are of great interest to tourists, divers and biologists alike. This group of 7 rocky islets has been declared an underwater reserve due to its biodiversity, and is considered one of the most important attractions of the Costa Brava.
Infinite bars, restaurants and leisure centres allow you to enjoy the Costa Brava – its sea, its people and its gastronomy – in full, whether with friends or family.
A few kilometres into the interior of L’Estartit lies the majestic Torruella de Montgrí castle, various mediaeval villages and even golf courses. The fabulous Pùbol museum/castle is also nearby. Here, the genius Salvador Dalí used his talent to create an artistic centre in honour of Gala, his spouse and muse.
