A big apartment with 3 bedrooms on Platja d'Aro Beach, ideal for families, with 2 huge and spacious terraces to have a meal while contemplating the Mediterranean Sea from the 7th floor of the building.
The area surrounding the apartment:
It is located along the beachfront pedestrian esplanade of Platja d'Aro, the most popular on the South Coast, boasting a busy shopping centre with noteworthy leather goods and clothes shops. Innumerable restaurants, cafés and ice cream shops float by both along the pretty esplanade and the main shopping avenue.
The Apartment:
The walk from the building foyer to the long golden sandy beach is a mere 15 metres where motorised vehicles do not have access, via the pedestrian beachfront esplanade of the town.
Once you have reached the apartment, you will find yourself in the living room of a big couch area right near the 2 terraces, which are ideal to enjoy lunchtime meals soaking in the unbeatable sea views.
The kitchen has everything a good chef needs to whip up succulent paella or a delicious Spanish tortilla. It is attached to the living room by way of an access door as well as a practical serving hatch making passing food handier and more pleasant.
All the bedrooms are spacious, two of which have a double bed and the other with two bunk beds and a single bed (ideal for the children). All bedrooms have roomy wardrobes to make your stay even more enjoyable.
The master bedroom has a wonderful terrace, which, due to the direction it faces, is an excellent place to have breakfast with friends and family, to flick through the paper or organise a wonderful day trip to the medieval village areas with the apartment vicinity.
There are 1 half bathroom and 1 bathroom with bath and a shower where the guest will find fresh towels to enjoy a relaxing shower after a fantastic day tanning or surfing on the beach.

No other place in the world is quite like the area which comprises the villages of Platja d’Aro, Palamós, Sant Feliu de Guixols and Sant Antoni de Calonge.
A top-drawer tourist destination for more than 50 years, one of the highlights of this zone is the large, clean and popular beach. You can find an infinity of bars, restaurants and outdoor terraces along the seafront, which make this area a real gem.
The long high street in Platja d’Aro is also a reference point for all the Costa Brava. Here, you can find all the top-name brands you would expect from a major shopping centre in a large city.
Accommodation with communal swimming pools can be found close to the beautiful natural leisure port of the village. The area is bordered by pretty hills, which are covered with Mediterranean pines. These mark the limit-point of the zone, from which you can get to any location in the Costa Brava in under one hour.

It's definitely the view and terraces. A lot of towels including the ones for the beach. Nice temperature inside despite the absence of the a/c.
