An amazing luxury apartment with sweeping views of the Bahía de Roses beaches made up of three levels accessible by a private lift culminating in a massive terrace on the upper floor which has a big private swimming pool.

Guests will enjoy the most spectacular views on offer on the Costa Brava cliffs from any room, surrounded by Cap de Creus Park, Ferrán Adrià’s ‘El Bulli’ restaurant at the Montjoi cove, the beautiful Almadrava beach and the town of Roses.
Near the park, you will find the lovely fishing village of Cadaqués where the Dalí House-Museum is located, in Portlligat.
Roses, which is where the apartment is located, is brimming with traditional restaurants and cafés where you can enjoy typical local produce. Amongst the many noteworthy monuments, you can’t miss the military Ciutadella located in this same town.
The Apartment:
You access the apartment from the private lift, right near your very own parking spot at street level. Here you will also find a windowed area overlooking a private swimming pool, which is without a doubt the most special place in the apartment and where you will enjoy your luxury authentic holiday.
On the middle floor you will find an amazing living room with a chimney and access to another large terrace, the main feature of this room. There is a table that seats 8 people and comfortable couches, a TV, a DVD and MP3 player, all decorated with exquisite taste, where you can also relax in the apartment if the weather doesn’t allow for sun-bathing. On this floor, you can also enjoy a fantastic, super-bright and totally equipped kitchen with a full-size bathroom on the same level.
On the lower floor, there are three exterior bedrooms, two of which have sea views. The latter have a double bed and two single beds respectively. The third bedroom has two single beds with two trundle beds to accommodate the kids and three bedrooms have ample wardrobes where you can store all of your belongings. On this floor, you will find two full-size bathrooms where fresh towels await, for you to relax with a shower or a bath, after a wonderful day soaking in the sun on your private terrace.
Without a doubt, the perfect choice when visiting the Costa Brava to enjoy the sunshine, beaches and restaurants of the area, in absolute luxury!
You are advised to use a vehicle to move around both for short and long distances.

Roses - Cadaqués
At the end of Roses bay, you find yourself in the Cap de Creus peninsula, a natural park which is the very essence of the Costa Brava and where the villages of Roses, Cadaqués and Port de la Selva are located.
In the rugged path which runs though these three towns, you’ll find some of the area’s most beautiful coves, which were often frequented by the King of surrealism, Salvador Dalí. In Cadaqués, you’ll find Port Lligat. This is the stunning fishing house in which this artistic genius lived, which has been conserved here and turned into a museum. In Roses lies the incredible Montjoi cove, which contains the gastronomic cathedral of the best chef in the world: Ferran Adrià. Along the road to Port de la Selva, you’ll find the vast lookout point of the steep Cap de Creus, followed by the mediaeval Monastery.
