The Apartment:
This luxury ‘home-from-home’ 2 bedroom 2 bathroom self catering apartment is perfectly located between the V&A Waterfront, Clifton, Camps Bay and Llandudno beaches. The seaside promenade starts just outside the apartment and goes all the way to the Green Point lighthouse, a popular landmark. This stretch of promenade (3-4km) is known for walkers and runners to enjoy. It is also a popular place for family activities with its manicured lawns and children’s play area.
The main bedroom is comfortable and spacious with an en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds which can be made up as a double on request.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave. The open plan dining and lounge area are perfectly positioned to enjoy a sunset over the ocean or a quiet evening in relaxing in front of the TV.
Within near vicinity one has access to facilities such as golf course, tennis club, scuba club and surfing all within walking distance or car travel of between 2 - 5 minutes. The World Cup Green Point Stadium is 2.5km from the apartment.

Sea Point
This bustling suburb is just outside the city centre between Mouille Point, Green Pointand Bantry Bay. This suburb endures a 24-hour cosmopolitan vibe.
Sea Point is divided by Main Road, with its many shops, takeaways, restaurants, clubs and coffee bars. It hums with activity all day long. Up the slopes of Signal Hill, lie large, private villas whilst in the other direction, lining the famous Sea Point promenade that draws locals and visitors for walking and jogging or just people-watching, are Sea Point’s luxury beachfront and self-catering apartments.
The promenade runs the length of Sea Point’s beachfront, stretchingfrom Bantry Bay to Mouille Point and is particularly a hub of activity during the early mornings or late afternoons. A number of children’s parks run alongside the promenade and there is a chlorinated swimming pool at the pavilion.
Camps Bay and Clifton beach and the city centre and Victoria & Alfred Waterfront are minutes away.
